Pricing questions

What counts as an active guard?

A guard who clocked into at least one shift during the billing month. Guards on leave, inactive or no longer with you are kept for history at no charge.

Are supervisors and dispatchers billed?

Only if they clock into shifts as guards. Office users who don’t work shifts aren’t counted.

Why is there a monthly minimum?

It covers the fixed cost of running your account: hosting, storage, email and support. From 17 guards on Starter, or 18 on Pro, you simply pay per guard.

Can we start with patrols only?

Yes. Many firms start with checkpoint tags, patrols and the daily client report on their hardest site, then move scheduling and timesheets over the following week. The per-guard price is the same either way.

What happens to our bill when guards leave?

Nothing. You pay only for guards who worked a shift that month, so a guard who leaves stops counting the next month, and their replacement costs nothing extra to add.

Can we change plans?

Yes, at any time. Changes apply from the next billing month.

How does annual billing work?

Pay for 12 months up front and get 15% off either plan. It’s the only commitment we offer, and it’s optional.

Do prices include taxes?

No. Prices are in Canadian dollars; GST, HST or QST are added as applicable.
