How the pilot runs

From application to your first verified patrol in about a week.

  1. Week 0
    Intro call

    Thirty minutes to understand your sites, your clients and how you schedule today.

  2. Week 1
    Setup

    We import your data, print checkpoint tags for your first sites and train your supervisors and guards.

  3. Weeks 2–12
    Live at your sites

    Your guards patrol with GuardDesk, your clients get morning reports, and we meet weekly to fix and build.

  4. Month 4
    Decide

    Keep going at the Starter price, locked for a year, or leave and take your data with you.
